Our artistic director – Natasha Higdon, directed three of Carrington’s less known short stories: The House of Fear, A Man in Love and The Oval Lady. This immersive promenade performance began with Higdon’s devised visceral ceremony to the late Leonora – exploring Carrington’s rebellious nature and ability to transport herself beyond the pavement of reality.
