Kafka – 2024
The Writer’s Mark launched 7th and 8th February 2024 at Fabrica Arts Centre Brighton, United Kingdom. A team of twenty creatives exhibited and performed – celebrating the life of our first writer in the series – Franz Kafka. The event ran for a duration of three hours; to include a total of nine art installations and three live theatre performances. See our feature posts for audience response and pictures.
Artaud – 2024
FILLE DE MON COEUR (Daughter of my Heart) was first performed at The Regency Town House Brighton, United Kingdom. This was an immersive visceral one hour show that explored the last five years of Antonin Artaud’s life – The Second Writer in our series. This one hour performance explored Artaud’s relationship with writer and actress Colette Thomas. The performance was also supported by a 2 hour art workshop and a follow up show at Proposition Studios as part of the Fringe Festival in August 2024.
Carrington – 2025
The Leonora Carrington Series was our most ambitious project to date – a week of events in honour of the late Leonora Carrington. This event would not have been possible without the support of our amazing: artists, actors and theatre makers. The team below took part in this year’s Brighton Fringe Festival in May 2025, at The Regency Town House.
